Sinus Health
Are you looking for alternative sinus treatment? Do you feel like you have tried everything with no relief?
My Journey with Sinus Problems
Years ago before I went to Medical School, I had chronic sinus congestion and nose & throat inflammation. Since none of the prescribed sinus treatments made a difference, I believed I needed more effective treatments. My sinuses were constantly congested, inflamed and painful. I would treat them and occasionally get relief, but, the congestion, inflammation and pain would always come back in short order.
For years, all I was offered for relief was sinus surgery. Since no one could explain why sinus surgery would resolve these problems, I opted to address the situation in a different way. Over the span of 10 yrs, I learned how to clear my sinuses, how to treat fungal and bacterial co-infections and how to treat biofilms which are the biggest culprit at re-infection.
Sinus Symptoms
Most patients have headaches, sinus pressure or allergy symptoms, and are miserable. They have been to many doctors and tried many treatments. Most sinus treatments clear the problem for a period of time. But slowly, the pressure headaches, postnasal drip and sinus congestion return. Patients can begin to get in a cycle of resolution then reinfection.
The postnasal drip can get the throat and lungs involved. When you have significant sinus problems, patients usually experience inflammation through the entire G.I. tract. This cycle of infection/ reinfection turns many acute sinus problems into chronic problems. Over time, The patients slowly lose their health and vitality.
Sinus Treatment
The trick to treating patient's suffering with sinus problems is to take on the underlying problems one at a time. First, clearing the congestion and relieving pain is going to provide immediate relief to the patient. Next, addressing the bacterial invasion. This gets the biggest culprit under control. In order to make sure the bacterial symptoms do not reoccur, the underlying fungal problem needs addressing. Sadly, most chronic sinus infections, the bacteria and fungus have gotten to gather and create biofilms. This now new organisms are significantly harder to treat and are the biggest culprit in reinfection.
Treating the biofilms takes time and an individualized treatment plan. It also requires close monitoring. I have helped resolve many chronic sinus problems, so I have acquired a Sinus Treatment Toolbox that allows me the flexibility to formulate treatment plans that are individualized and effective for long term resolution.
