Diet Adjustments
Reduce Sugar Intake

- Consume more ginger root, turmeric root, black pepper and small amounts of garlic..

During the Middle Ages, essential oils effectively prevented perfumers from contracting the bubonic plague. Subsequent research has shown that essential oils have a host of effects that addressmi crobes and viruses.
Apply the Following Oil Blend Before Going In Public.
Mix 1 ounce of a carrier oil (preferably olive oil or coconut oil) with 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 10 drops of rosemary essential and 10 drops of lemon essential oil. (Variations: 30 drops of eucalyptus essential oil or 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil +15 drops of lemon essential oil).
5 minutes before leaving the house, apply the oil to the area of the lip just below the nose, the skin above all the sinuses, the neck , the front of the chest and the upper arms.
