Lung & Pulmonary Dysfunction

I've had my own challenge coping with a congenital respiratory condition which thankfully has fully resolved. I was born into respiratory distress and at the time not much could be done. My lungs were underdeveloped and none of the current neonatal devices had been developed yet. Consequently, I struggled to just breathe for the first 30 days of life.

After my lungs fully developed, I had a number of challenges I struggled with in the first 5-7 years of life. As I grew, I began to find helpful respiratory therapies which allow me to participate in sports. By my teens, my respiratory challenges were significantly behind me.

Today, I am a 30-year yoga practitioner. It was through yoga that I began to explore deeper treatments for respiratory problems. Consequently, I have acquired a significant number of respiratory therapies that can address almost any treatable respiratory condition.

Lung Dysfunction and Asthma Natural Treatment

When treating lung dysfunction I usually start with detoxification of the lungs. I use a device called a nebulizer to deliver medications directly to the lungs. This treatment usually begins to bring back the vitality of the lungs and increases its oxygen-carrying capacity. Next, I use treatments that increase the body’s underlying nutrition which give the lungs the ability to do deeper healing.

Next, we assess each patient's specific lung challenges and formulate a protocol to address these symptoms. Some treatments address the actual healthy lung tissues.

Other treatments address the amount of secretion the lungs are producing. Further treatments treat the muscle contraction and the functioning of the chest to inhale and exhale. But all the treatments are formulated to be practical and be effective at increasing lung function.

One of the most fulfilling parts of practicing medicine is to share my story and knowledge with patients who have breathing problems. To make an appointment please visit my contact page.
